Venkat Tadanki - Chief Executive Officer
Prior to Co-founding Secova, Mr. Tadanki was one of the four founding members of Daksh, which became the largest independent client services company in India. His responsibilities included the US operation and the company's Sales and Marketing activities.
As an offshore outsourcing expert, Tadanki has delivered numerous talks at various industry forums such as Strategic Research Institute, World Outsourcing Center, SI Annual Event, SIPA Annual Event, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and The University of Maryland.
Prior to Daksh in India, Venkat Tadanki was a member of the South Asia Management Committee of PepsiCo.
Bob Parke - Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Mr. Parke was employed for over two decades at a Fortune 100 company. As VP of Human Resources, he was responsible for Human Resources strategy and planning for the Corporation's 93,000 domestic and international employees. In that assignment, he proposed and had responsibility for implementing the outsourcing of all payroll, HR on-line administration and benefits.
His experience over the years includes, executive compensation, International HR, executive development and succession planning, employee benefits, staffing and redeployment, employee and labor relations, HR information systems, equal employment opportunity, and safety, health and environmental affairs.
Mr. Chandrasekaran has been involved with Technology consulting for two decades. He was the co-founder and Chief Technology Consultant of Congruent Solutions, a software development services organization.
Under his direction, the organization implemented several successful applications, in leading edge technologies, for global corporations. These included a 360 degree survey application for GE Medical systems, a Testing and Certification system for Citibank, and a Net based 401K processing system for Emplanet.
Prior to Congruent, VC held a variety of technical and management positions with IBM in Australia.
Joel A. Carter - Vice President, Client Services and Business Development
Prior to the merger of Empact and Secova, Mr. Carter was a co-founder of Empact and its' Chief Operating Officer. Immediately prior to that time, Carter was Managing Director for the consulting services firm engaged to assist in the design and development of Empact's HealthLine and its overall business plan. In his capacity as a management consultant, Joel specialized in the design and implementation of outsourcing and performance improvement initiatives for clients such as BellSouth Telecommunications, Xerox and MCI.
Sanjeev comes to Secova from a large software services company where he was managing over 300 people who provided HR Systems support to major corporations. He has over 18 years of experience which includes Global Human Resources management and HR process outsourcing. He has proven expertise in HR Application Development and maintenance and Enterprise Application Integration. He also has a very successful track record in Project Management of large projects involving the Global delivery of IT Services with Offshore Delivery Capabilities. Sanjeev is a Certified PMP and Holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
With over 25 years of work experience, Murali is a business-savvy executive with extensive strategic, tactical and operations experience in all facets of Information Technology, and is noted for the leadership of technology operations and systems across a broad range of industries. As a leader and mentor, he has been a successful change agent, turning around and transforming the Information Technology function into a credible, revitalizing force in the organization. He has a proven track-record of partnering with executive and middle management to achieve bottom-line results.
Murali was an IT Consultant prior to joining Secova. In prior assignments he headed the IT function at a dot com and a wholesale distributor of high-end audio products, and ran the corporate data center for a computer manufacturer. He has also made major contributions at several Independent Software Vendors.
Murali has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
Hari is a Chartered Accountant (CPA) and a Company Secretary and has worked for over 20 years both within India and in other countries. His past experience includes US GAAP Accounting, corporate finance including managing public issue of shares, sourcing and managing global funds, Euroloans, currency & commercial functions.
With more than 26 years of experience in the managed care, healthcare and accounting industries, Mr. Ashley has built a career developing innovative solutions throughout the healthcare supply-chain. Mr. Ashley is responsible for providing customers with a wide range of Consulting Services, as well as directing Secova's Procurement Services, Account Management, Product Support, Client and Vendor Management Services.
Mr. Ashley has frequently spoken on healthcare topics and published numerous industry articles. In addition, he currently holds executive and committee positions with the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations (AAPPO) and Self-Insured Institute of America (SIIA). Prior to joining Secova, Mr. Ashley served as VP of Business Development at the ADMAR Corporation, a regional network-based PPO, where he also served as the VP of Network Services and Executive Director for the State of Florida. Prior to ADMAR, Mr. Ashley founded the healthcare consulting firm Ashley & Associates, served as President and CEO for the Bay Area Healthcare Alliance and held a number of executive positions within the healthcare industry.
Mr. Ashley is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
