Merger Creates Global Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Leader

The combined entity’s headquarters will remain in Costa Mesa, California with additional centers located in Chennai, India and Brick, New Jersey. The combined company will be managed by a team that reflects a strong balance between the two organizations.

A Full Suite of HRO Services
Processing more than 80 million eligibility records, almost $1 billion in healthcare premiums, and managing over 450 vendor/carrier relationships annually on behalf of its clients, the combined company will continue to help clients reduce costs and streamline their HR processes. The Secova/UltraLink combination will offer comprehensive services to manage benefit business processes – from procurement and enrollment to administration and beyond – including Absence Management, Benefits Enrollment and Administration, Benefits Auditing Benefit Plan Management, COBRA, Employee Communications, HR Support Services and Payroll. All of the administrative functions can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The services will be available as individually outsourced tasks or as total HRO/BPO processes and available cost effectively through multiple delivery centers.
Secova and UltraLink plan to leverage their significant combined experience with Microsoft technology and service-oriented architecture (SOA) to provide clients with more flexible enterprise integration, increased scalability and expanded analytics capabilities in the core applications that manage the client’s employee data. The architecture allows for quick, flexible connectivity to carriers and other HR and Payroll applications. UltraLink’s’ newly architected employee portal will be integrated with Secova’s proprietary employee benefits system for management of employee communication, decision support, eligibility and enrollment.
