Processing is sped up, eligibility determination and forms fulfillment are automated, and documentation is consistent and uniform. Streamlining these workflows helps to minimize the impact of absence on operations, improves employee satisfaction with benefit plans, and provides meaningful absence trending data.

Improved Compliance
